Before the Visa procedure student need not transfer the University fees, this can be paid directly to the University once the students reach there in the campus. The Ukraine embassy is there in Delhi, students need not go through a personal interview but all their original academic documents, birth certificate, along with their medical reports etc are submitted in a file for processing their visa. In certain cases Embassy can ask the student to appear for a personal interview. The students are given a 45 days student entry visa and on reaching the University after their admission formalities the University itself will be doing the needful to extend their visa according to their duration of studies. Unlike other European countries, in Ukraine the students are not allowed to do part time jobs. In a year there is only one intake and that's in September. July and Aug are summer holidays and these two months gives the Indian Students sufficient time to be with their loved ones in their homeland every year. During this period some students do capitalize their opportunity to visit other European countries like Poland, Germany etc..
